The Gilded Mount of Olympus
A gate of clouds, the passage of the Celestials, summoned the palace of Jupiter. Deities of the underworld, pacing dusky earth, feasted on ambrosia and nectar. When the sun was set, the god of music, Apollo delighted his golden muses. As tones of his lyre invaded the chambers and, drenched their dwelling's expanse; Azured-eyed, rose toned goddesses, rejoiced in divine odyssey. Minerva rose, conversed of the affairs, to separate the nectar from the strain. "So," Homer conceived, and sang in response, "The goddesses gilded the Mount of Olympus."
