As night gave wind, the chaos cosmology painted celestial beauty. Neptune called Rhea, in robes of grace, and she formed the Oceanus. As night gave wind- endowed with self-motion along the waters of heaven- she gave him a hall of children and love, splendor and spring; chariots of joy and golden dawn.
